Product Info

Does the product include a light bulb?

None of our products come with light bulbs included. The required bulb type (e.g., E26, E12) and maximum wattage will be clearly listed on the product detail page.

Are your light fixtures dimmable?

Many of our light fixtures are compatible with dimming functionality. Please refer to the product specifications for confirmation. If a fixture supports dimming, you will need a compatible dimmer switch; for fixtures without integrated LEDs, a dimmable light bulb is also required.

Can the light fixture be installed on a sloped ceiling?

Most of our pendant lights are suitable for sloped ceiling installation. Any exceptions to this will be clearly noted on the product page.

Orders & Payments

How do I place an order?
  1. Browse products on our website;
  2. Select your desired items and add them to the shopping cart;
  3. Proceed to the checkout page, then select and fill in your information as prompted;
  4. Confirm your order details, and wait for a confirmation email containing shipping tracking information.
Do you charge sales tax?

Pursuant to the regulations of most states, Komi is required to collect and remit sales tax. We only charge sales tax where mandated by local law. If your organization qualifies for tax exemption, please inform us and we will handle it accordingly.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be canceled at any time prior to shipment. Once a tracking number is generated for your order, we are unable to intercept the package. For details, please refer to our Return Policy.

Do you offer bulk order discounts?

We occasionally provide discounts for bulk orders. Please contact us to discuss special order arrangements.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa and PayPal payments. Installment plans or other credit card brands are not currently supported.

Shipping & Delivery

How long will it take for my package to arrive?

Orders will be shipped within 48 hours after successful payment, and your package is expected to arrive within 3-5 business days. (Delays may occur during holidays.)

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can check your order status using this tracking number.

Why isn’t my tracking number updating?

Delays in the update of logistics tracking information are normal. If your tracking information has not been updated for more than 7 business days, please contact us so that we can investigate the issue.

 Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we only support shipping to the 48 contiguous United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other overseas territories). We are unable to deliver to P.O. Box addresses or military addresses (APO/FPO).

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We hope you love your Komilight purchase! We offer a 30-day quality guarantee. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

We do not accept returns for non-quality-related reasons. Please confirm that the item’s size, color, and material meet your requirements before placing an order. For full details, please refer to our official Return Policy.

 How long does it take to process a return?

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of whether your refund request has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited back to your original payment account.
