Komilight Shipping Policy
We are committed to providing you with fast, reliable, and transparent delivery services to ensure a smooth shopping experience every time. Please read the following shipping policy carefully before placing an order. Delivery Information
- Currently, we only offer delivery to the 48 contiguous United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other overseas territories). For shipping needs to other countries, please contact our customer service team at support@komilight.com to obtain customized shipping solutions.
- Due to carrier restrictions, we cannot deliver to P.O. Box addresses.
- All orders within the eligible delivery range qualify for free standard shipping.
Estimated Shipping Time
After your order is processed, your package is expected to arrive within 3-5 business days. The exact delivery time depends on the shipping method, product stock availability, and your delivery address. If you purchase multiple light fixtures, we may ship them in separate packages—for details on package splitting, you can consult our customer service team via support@komilight.com.

- The estimated time provided is for reference only. Actual shipping time may vary based on product stock levels, order volume, and the destination region. However, our warehouse staff will do their best to ship your order as soon as possible. If you need to check the status of your order, you can contact our customer service team for an update.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number, which you can use to track your package through the logistics company’s tracking tool. If you do not receive the tracking number or encounter issues with the tracking information, please contact our customer service team at support@komilight.com for assistance.
Delivery Delays & Liability Disclaimer
If the delivery information you provide is incorrect or incomplete, we may need to contact you via email to correct it, which may result in delays in order shipping or delivery.
Please note:
- Komilight shall not be liable for package delays, unclaimed packages, or lost packages caused by incorrect addresses provided by you. If such issues arise, you can contact our customer service team to assist with communication with the carrier, but you will be responsible for any associated processing costs.
- If you change your mind after the package has been shipped, or if an incorrect address leads to package detention, you must collect the package from the pickup location and return it to our warehouse (you will bear the return shipping cost). We recommend notifying our customer service team via support@komilight.com before returning the package to facilitate subsequent processing.
- If a package is returned due to being unclaimed, it will be marked as an "unclaimed package." Carriers typically do not automatically return such packages to the sender, which may result in additional processing fees. You will be responsible for these fees—for specific fee standards, you can contact our customer service team to confirm.
- In the event of a lost package during transit, we will make every effort to assist you in communicating with the carrier for investigation. However, if the package shows "Delivered" and signature or delivery confirmation is verified, responsibility will be transferred to the customer. If you have objections to the delivery confirmation, you can provide relevant evidence and contact our customer service team for further verification.
Address Changes
We understand that you may need to change the delivery address of your order. While we are happy to assist with address changes, we cannot guarantee that the change will be successful. In some cases—such as when your order has already been shipped—we will not be able to update your delivery address successfully. The package will be delivered to the original address as scheduled, and you will need to collect it from the pickup location and return it to our warehouse (you will bear the return shipping cost).
If you are changing your address and have questions about the delivery time, please contact our customer service team at support@komilight.com—they will do their best to help you check the progress of the address change and adjust the delivery arrangement.
Order Cancellations
To cancel an order, please fill out the contact form and select "Cancel" within 2 hours of placing the order. If you are unable to use the form, you can send a cancellation request directly to support@komilight.com. Please include your order number and reason for cancellation in the email to allow our customer service team to process it quickly.
Please note: If you cancel your order after it has been processed, a certain order cancellation fee will apply. For specific fee amounts, you can contact our customer service team to inquire.
Unfortunately, we cannot cancel your order once it has been shipped. If you still need to return the item after receiving the package, you can contact our customer service team to learn about the return process.
