Please review this shipping policy thoroughly before placing an order. Delivery Coverage & Shipping Fees


1. Contiguous United States (48 States)


  • We ship to the 48 contiguous United States (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and all overseas territories are excluded).
  • Free Shipping for All Orders: No minimum purchase required for your lighting fixtures and accessories—all orders enjoy free standard shipping.
  • Due to carrier limitations, P.O. Box addresses are not acceptable for delivery.

2. Other Supported Countries (Shipping Fee Borne by Customers)


  • Fixed Shipping Fee: A flat rate of $20 per order will be charged, which is fully borne by the customer.
  • Supported Countries:

Estimated Shipping Time & Tracking


All shipping timelines refer to business days (excluding weekends and U.S. national holidays).

  • United States Orders: After your order is confirmed and processed, the estimated delivery time is 0-5 business days.
  • Other Supported Countries Orders: After your order is confirmed and processed, the estimated delivery time is 0-15 business days.
  • Exact delivery time depends on product stock status, order volume, your specific delivery address and international customs clearance (for cross-border orders). For multi-item lighting orders, we may split shipments to ensure faster delivery—contact our team for details on split packages.
  • The estimated time is for reference only. Our warehouse will prioritize shipping your lighting products as soon as possible to minimize delays.
  • Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Use it to track your package status on the carrier’s official platform. If you don’t receive the tracking number or encounter tracking issues, contact support@komilight.com immediately for help.

Delivery Delays & Liability Disclaimer


Delivery delays or issues may arise due to incorrect information or unforeseen factors—please note the following terms:

  1. Incorrect/incomplete delivery addresses may cause shipping/delivery delays. We’ll contact you via email to verify address details, but any resulting delays are not our responsibility.
  2. KomiLight is not liable for delayed, unclaimed or lost packages caused by customer-provided incorrect addresses. We can assist in coordinating with the carrier, but you’ll bear all related processing fees.
  3. If you change your mind after shipment, or packages are detained due to wrong addresses: you must pick up the package at the designated location and arrange return to our warehouse (return shipping costs are your responsibility). Notify support@komilight.com before returning to streamline processing.
  4. Unclaimed packages may incur additional carrier processing fees, which will be charged to you. Confirm specific fee standards with our customer service team in advance.
  5. For lost packages in transit, we’ll fully assist in investigating with the carrier. If the package is marked "Delivered" with signature or delivery confirmation, liability transfers to the customer. Provide relevant evidence if you dispute the delivery status, and our team will re-verify for you.
  6. For international orders, delays caused by customs clearance procedures are beyond our control—we won’t be liable for such delays, and the customer shall bear any customs duties or taxes incurred (if applicable).

Address Changes


We understand you may need to update your delivery address, but we cannot guarantee address change success in all cases:

  • If your order has not been shipped, contact support@komilight.com immediately with your order number—we’ll try our best to update the address.
  • If your order has already shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address. The package will be sent to the original address—you’ll need to pick it up and return it to our warehouse (return costs at your expense).
  • For address change-related delivery time inquiries, reach out to our team for real-time updates.

Order Cancellations


To ensure timely processing, please follow these cancellation rules for your lighting orders:

  1. Cancellation Window: Submit a cancellation request within 2 hours of placing your order—either via our official contact form (select "Order Cancellation") or by emailing support@komilight.com directly.
  2. Required Information: Include your order number and cancellation reason in the request to speed up processing.
  3. Post-Processing Cancellations: If you cancel after your order is processed (warehouse has prepared or packed your lighting products), a cancellation fee will apply. Contact our team for specific fee details.
  4. No Cancellations After Shipment: Once your package is shipped, we cannot cancel the order. If you no longer need the items after delivery, contact customer service to learn about our return process for lighting products.
